Frequently Asked Questions

How much do calls cost?

It is important to make sure that you are comparing like for like when working out how much calls are going to cost with a particular providers system.  Some providers may seem reasonable for their advertised countries but my be much more expensive to other destinations not advertised or even have a per call connection charge.  We like to think that we are reasonable across the board.   If you would like a true cost of how much you would save, our team will be happy to take a look at your bills and do a cost comparison for you.

What's the minimum and maximum number of users you can support?

There are no restrictions or limits on the number of users we can support.  Whether you are a single user or are a multi-national running with thousands of seats the system has been built from the ground up to support you.  We are happy to provide reference sites for upto 12,000 users.

What enterprise features does the system support?

With over 150 enterprise features built in, it would be difficult for us to list them all here.  Please get in touch with our team to discuss your feature requirements or recieve a full list of features.

Do you do call bundles?

We are not massive advocates of call bundles as we believe there are better ways to achieve better value for our customers, however, if you would like a specific bundle then please chat to our team about it and we can accomodate your requirement.

We believe that call bundles from other suppliers can often have hidden costs and we can in almost all circumstances prove this by running a comparison on one of your phone bills.  Please speak to one of our team should you like to see this in action!
